Its been noted that the Italian real estate marketing have already establish its name but in regards to its growth probably it will be waiting until the end of this 2010 as the earliest estimated year to come for its progress growth according to the chief executive of this Italy’s Beni Stabili who is Aldo Mazzocco that been stated last Tuesday. Mazzocco also stated to its analyst presentation that the real estate in Italy is quite performing its defense and they are quite glad in doing it due to the mere fact that several of this European competitors are also performing behind this goal line. Aside of that, Mazzocco stated that he eventually expected its status on this Italian property market in order to remain tough for the coming months.
Since, its been seen that the second half of the year that are quite in line with its first half that got with it same type of buyer along to its families and private investors that the Italian property of this market is on a tough status. But if the properties Italy market will be steadied then eventually the first signs of real estate market growth can’t be seen before the end of this 2010 or just early of this 2011. Mazzacco stated that he does not see any bigger portfolio acquisitions that happen ahead towards the Beni Stabili but instead only selective acquisitions of its single assets only.
Mazzacco stated that its strongest asset base and even management got the stability that will entirely allow to seize its right opportunities in order to add up the company’s real state loan in order to value the ratio or percentage of this property’s value which is the mortgaged for only 49 percent of it but it can only easily rises up to about 70 percent of it. According to Beni Stabili which is considered as the biggest real estate company that are in line with the market capitalization stated that this coming Monday will be the first half net profit that will entirely fell for about 93 percent of 4.3 million euros due to the mere fact that it write downs on its property values.
